This policy explains what this website collects, how request data is stored and shared with potential providers, and the choices available to you.
Request form data
When you submit the request form, the site collects the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, company, city and ZIP, equipment details, and your message. This information is stored in the site database and may be shared with a third-party service provider so that provider can respond to and fulfill your request. You are submitting a request with the expectation that it may be forwarded to a provider.
Attribution data
To understand how requests reach the site, first-touch attribution details are recorded — the landing page you first arrived on, the referring website, any UTM parameters, and advertising click IDs. These are kept in your browser’s sessionStorage and attached to a request if you submit one.
Operator notifications
When a new request comes in, the site operator receives a push notification so the request can be handled promptly.
Rate-limiting and your IP address
To prevent spam and abuse of the form, the site applies rate-limiting. For this, it stores an HMAC-hashed version of your IP address — never the raw IP address itself.
Analytics and call tracking
The site can use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and CallRail for call tracking. These tools load only when they are configured; when they are not configured, they do not load and collect nothing. When active, these tools may set cookies and collect usage information governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from the analytics and call-tracking tools described above, and only when those tools are configured and loaded. The site does not use cookies to sell your information.
Retention
Request records are kept while they are needed to handle the request and for ordinary business records. They are not kept longer than those purposes require.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of your information by emailing corrections@example.invalid.
No sale of personal information
The site does not sell your personal information. Request data is shared with a third-party provider only to fulfill your request, as described above.
Children
This site is a commercial equipment service-request website. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
